Founder
As an experienced software professional with over 20 years in the field, I am passionate about developing software solutions and leading successful projects. My expertise ranges from designing and developing full systems to supporting legacy products and migrating on-premise products to the cloud. I have also been involved in high-level decision making, always focusing on bringing the correct approach to the business needs.
My technical background has allowed me to mentor and coach team members in both tech-related and soft skills. I am committed to creating a great team and a good working environment. I am a strong believer in Agile methodologies and the values of the Agile Manifesto. However, I understand that each company, project, and team is unique, and I tailor my approach accordingly.
In my current role as part of the R&D department at an award-winning company that leads the On-Demand Packaging industry, I have growth my skills in software leadership and have been able to deliver outstanding results. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing yoga, producing coffee, and spending time with my family.
I believe that my skills and experience make me a valuable asset to any team. I am excited to take on new challenges and help organizations succeed in the software development field.
